F.A.Q.

Are there any discounts?

Discounts Yes! There are two: The referral and the multi-enrollment discount.

Referral discount is gained when you introduce someone to the school. The referrer and the referred both receive a 2000円 credit (4000円 total)

Multi-enrollment discount is available to anyone or any family who is enrolled in multiple classes. The discount is a monthly reduction of the payment by 1000円 per class! (after the first)

Are there any makeup classes？

Because we offer class only one day a week, we are not able to offer makeups at this time. However, you are welcome to come to a later or earlier class of the same type in the same day. (Useful if your child has a doctor’s appointment or something in the morning.)

What if I will not be able to attend class for over a month？

You may take a leave of absence from class, and we will continue to hold your place in the class for up to 6 months. This requires a cost of 2000円 per month, but you are not required to pay any additional costs.

You may also resign from the classroom and reapply at a later date, but your place in the class may not be guaranteed, and the entry fee would again be required.

What if my kid is very bad?

Most situations are discussed in the interview. However, we are used to dealing with some tough cases. It is recommended that if you are unsure, try the playgroup class first, as it is more casual and active.

Do you have private lessons?

Yes, but there are only a few times when we may be available, due to a busy schedule. The cost and details depend on the type of class, and amount of preparation required by the teacher. Please submit a contact form and inquire directly.

Can I observe my child in class?

There is no problem with that. We only ask that you give at least one day’s notice as a courtesy to the teacher.
